MAD STARS unveils speakers including Ali Rez, Emile Rademeyer and creative leaders from Google and Meta

MAD STARS 2023 has unveiled its lineup of speakers, featuring renowned experts in Branding and Marketing, Creative and Innovation, Data and Technology, and Media and Digital Content.

 

With 45 sessions scheduled, MAD STARS 2023 promises to be a vibrant gathering of creative minds and industry leaders. Attendees can look forward to engaging discussions, thought-provoking presentations, and invaluable networking opportunities.

The festival will feature three keynote speakers who will share their expertise and best practices on how to adapt and thrive in the post-pandemic era. They are:
Fabio Seidl, Global Creative Development Director at Meta
Artwell Nwaila, Head of Creative for Google South Africa
Tom Goddard, President of World Out of Home Organization.

Seidl will show how we all can influence the future of ideas through curiosity and collaboration by working collectively to make creativity, emerging technology, platforms, and storytelling accessible and exciting to everybody in a session titled “Simplify the Future”.

Nwaila will demonstrate how data can enhance the creative process by providing insights into audience preferences, behaviors, and trends by bringing data to life by weaving it into compelling stories that resonate with audiences in a session titled “Leveraging Data to Amplify Creativity in Advertising”.

Goddard will explore the world of out-of-home advertising that is currently going through a renaissance as a media form thanks to innovative technology, advanced analytics and unseen creativity in his session titled “Innovations in Out of Home Advertising”. He will also have a dialogue with Woo Chang-hoon, President of Korea Electronic Board Broadcasting Association, on the future of out-of-home advertising

In addition to the keynote speakers, the festival will also host a variety of speakers from different fields and backgrounds who will share their knowledge and experience on various topics related to marketing, advertising, and digital content.

Byron Rex Phillipson, Global Creative Director and Brand Lead at Twitch

Emile Rademeyer, Creative Director at VANDAL
Erin Williams, Sales Director at CNN International Commercial
Nayla Tueni, CEO and Editor-in-Chief of An-Nahar.

Furthermore, MAD STARS 2023 is preparing to reveal the finalists of the MAD STARS Awards, which recognize the best works in marketing and advertising from around the world. The winners will be announced at the festival.

The 16th edition of the festival will take place from August 23 to 25 at BEXCO in Busan under the theme of “REBOOT: Refresh Your Strategy for the Post-pandemic Era” with awards, conferences, competitions, exhibitions, ceremonies, and parties.
